Ring Group Certain Settings Not Saved

Current PBX Version 17.0.19.28
Current System Version 12.7.8-2408-7. sng12

Some setting in Ring Group Module reverts back and wont save.

  • CID Name Prefix: This one wont save at all goes back to blank.
  • Destination if no answer: This one is set to Voicemail xxxx John Doe (Unavailable Message) and reverts back to xxxx John Doe (Busy Message)
  • Ring Strategy : This one is set to Hunt-Prim and reverts to firstavailable

Its a strange behavior and it looks like it happens over night. By next morning the setting are reverted back.

Never mind. I was entering the Prefix incorrectly.
