Restricted routes

I am unable to dial 911 from my Freepbx set up.
According to the logs I am seeing [email protected]
I have an outbound 911 route built to use the proper SIP trunk.
Yet I am unable to dial any 3 digit numbers actually.
Anyone know what I missed?

Create a dedicated outbound route for emergency only, move it to the top.

That’s what I did. The Emergency OB route is at the top. It is configured for emergency use, and only has emergency dial plans configured. When I dial any 3 digit number including 911 I get this number cannot be completed at this time. When I check the asterick log files I see the [email protected] error.

In my normal SIP outbound route, I also have 911 dial plans there as well. Will this conflict?

It shouldn’t be a conflict. Did you apply config? Can you post screenshots of the settings and the dial patterns of the top outbound route?

Yes I did apply the config.

Can you post a call trace?

I found the issue. The CID for the 911 route was not correct. Once corrected, the calls completed.
Thank you for the help.
