REST API for FreePBX 15.0.29 'VoIP Server'

Hello,
I have a running “FreePBX 15.0.29”

I want to create an API for it , for one purpose :
get info about who is online

  1. can some show me how to do it ?
  2. maybe there is a better \ easy way to do this ?
    just want to see the user list online\offline
