Remove + and use prefix in outbound route dial pattern

hi,
i am using e164 including “+” for incoming calls.
when i try to call such a number it works fine.
using the “prefix” option in my outbound route’s dial pattern is failing all the time:

think off a number like +4915123456789. If such a number is dialed, i want to strip “+49” and insert a “0”.
this is failing. i am not able to use a “+” in prefix section. but the “+” can be used in the dial pattern.

is this a bug?
