Remote Queue Login from Outside Phone?

I have looked everywhere and can’t find a way to do the following:

I have users who can have either of the following:

  1. An extension with a follow me number added or 2) I could set them up a phone number in the dynamic queue (their cell phone)

Doing either one of those, is there anyway to allow them to login and log out of queues from their cell phones, I have a dedicated inbound route that I could use just for this purpose, but I can’t find a way to do it from an external device.
