When my FreePBX Server send out a Missed Call Notification in the From Field it shows the word FreePBX: next to the Name I added. How do I remove the Word “FreePBX” from the From Name?

FreePBX word is coming from the DASHBOARD_FREEPBX_BRAND setting so you can change this setting as per your requirements.

Where do I make this change. Can you please give me instructions?

I found the Footer Word and change that in Setting Advanced Settings but that didn’t chage the word FreePBX showing on Missed Calls.

Settings > VoiceMail Admin > Settings (TAB) > Email Config

I did that but that only works for Voicemails.

Where it is supposed to be is System Admin Notifications but that didn’t work and the other place is by Missed Call Notifications Email Settings but adds FreePBX: in front of the Customization.

Is this a FreePBX Bug?
