For reference I’m on: FreePBX 188.8.131.52, Asterisk Version: 13.19.1
While poking around I noticed that I have conference rooms for every user I’ve ever set up. I went to the individual users and found that under conferences they were set to inherit. All users are members of two groups, their company site and the all users group. Both groups are set to to no for “Link conference to this user” and “Add conference to ivr”. And yet they have conference rooms. Have I gone senile and at one point those options were yes? Can I just delete those conferences in the conference module with no ramifications?
And then out of curiosity, why or what kind of user would have conferences added as a default for users? Perhaps the sales team that regularly has client conferences? Just wondering…
