As I understand it if I add certain users as BLF shortcuts on my phone, when that users phone rings or the user is on the phone their corresponding blf button will be red (Yealink phones) but my question is if their phone is ringing and I press their blf button I’m assuming it actually answers their call? But if their phone isn’t ringing and I press their blf button it rings them. Is that correct? Is there a way to prevent certain user calls from being answered by blf? I just want them to show if they are busy or free
From memory Yealink phones have a direct pickup code in the line settings for most asterisk pbx the code is ** remove this setting
