Problem getting extensions UNREACHABLE

Good afternoon , I have a freepbx with 100 branches and some of the extensions after a while he is working on UNREACHABLE , and the other is still running smoothly.
I telephones Grandstream GXP1625 .

Has anyone had this problem ?

I wait and thank you

Unreachable extensions are often caused by network lag time and network outages. Have you looked through the logs to see why the phone is becoming unreachable?

Hello, I had the same problem with GXP1625 on couple of my pbx’s… and I was too lazy for serious debugging (considering the number of extensions). Few of them got sorted out simply by factory restart of the phone. Upgrading firmware did nothing, so don’t bother with that - Grandstream upgrade procedure is messy… even starting upgrade procedure from phone shell sometimes does nothing, so you need few retries to get job done.
After that I still got stuck with few stubborn extensions that randomly flip out of asterisk reg table…
Btw, connections were not an issue - all certified with Fluke DXP.
Now I’m not sure that was the issue but all things got sorted out after I turned on logrotation on asterisk log files - and I did that for unrelated problem - just happen to notice asterisk full log getting over 150MB, which I did not like. After that all GXP1625 started to behave like they should.

Good afternoon,

without success made firmware update to phones, etc., already increased the quality of time to 3000 and then 5000 and continues making trouble, one thing I noticed is that the extensions fell almost together;

Told you to don’t bother with firmware updates… Did you check asterisk log files - any of them getting too large?

Good afternoon,

can solve my problem, I was with an internal routing problem phones was missing with the connection server.

thank you all
