Prepend digits do not apear in CDR's

I have an issue whereby the prepended digits on the outbound routes are not reflected in the CDR’s

for example i have the following dial plan

Prepend Prefix Match Pattern
44 0 [1-9].

If the following number is dialed 0123456789, the number sent is 44123456789 which is correct but the dialed numeber in the CDR is 123456789 and hence the prepend digits 44 are missing

Apologies in advance if this has already been answered in a previous thread or if i have missed something obvious.
