Poly endpoints not accepting auto answer

When I try *80xxxxx my Poly/Polycom endpoints ring twice, then the call is dropped. The phone does not auto answer the call. However, the Mitel Endpoint that I have, does auto answer. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this would happen? Could it be that Poly endpoints are looking for a slightly different auto answer/intercom header?

You have to edit the config files in order for Poly phones to auto answer with *80
