PJSIP set_var support in extension edition form

Hello,

I think reflecting PJSIP set_var capability in FreePBX extension edition form can be quite convenient for those like me, willing to port to FreePBX some specific dialplans.

A single multiline text pane when sysadmin could edit the content bellow, would be perfect.

MYVAR1=value1

MYVAR2=value2

What do you think about this ?
