All was working until recently, when upgraded to 14, when users enter their PIN for outgoing calls, they get a response ‘Password is incorrect’ even thought it is correct. I have tried deleting and creating new PIN sets in vain. What could be the problem?
Finally sorted it out.
Apparently for some reason, the outbound route was populated with a user name and password (how? I dont know). Once I removed that, all started working OK
