PBXact - Vega bridge service for Vega configuration is not running

Hello -

I’m experiencing an issue with Vega similar to the one in this thread .

I have two brand new PBXact 75 systems (one primary, one warm spare) and I cannot get the vega_bridge module to even show as installed, let alone run.

I’m getting the same error:

Everything is up to date and I’m running the latest Vega module (15.0.12).

I’ve force re-installed and uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail. There are no installation errors (either from the web UI or the CLI). CLI reads the same each time:

[[email protected] backup]# /usr/bin/systemctl status vega_bridge
Unit vega_bridge.service could not be found.

I’m at a loss as to what else to do. Anyone with any ideas?
