PBX -> Conference -> PIN Failure

My IVRs work fine
SOME Pins work without issue
It appears that all new conferences I create do not work

“PIN is invalid”

is there a file that stores these PINs? I would like to look to see if the file is actually getting updated correctly

I see the setup in extensions additional config… but am not sure where the PINs are stored…

my suspicion is for some reason those are not getting updated… this is why existing ones work… and new ones do not…

any help would be greatly appreciated…

take a look at the log file. It should show you the DTMF digits that it sees the users pushing. See if it is missing some?

I can not see in logs (including the ones that are working), I inherited this system… and there are probably some things that need changing…
