I’d like to share this simple, useful page with you for free. It displays all the extensions on your FreePBX system, including device type and model, status (e.g., reachable or not), and latency. Buttons and colors change if latency is too high; it also shows public and private IP addresses and registration time. Simply copy it to a directory like /var/www/html/custom/ and run it—no configuration is required.
Here is a screenshot (IPs have been masked); it shows some Grandstream phones—including model and firmware version—as well as softphones. Naturally, the script also supports other models and Sangoma softphones.
