Outbound call issues on voip.ms

Hello all. recently, I have been having an annoying issue with my setup. To preface, this is a homelab setup and I am currently running FreePBX 16 with Asterisk 18. Currently, I am unable to make outbound calls with 2 of my trunks, both of them are from voip.ms. Any time I make an outbound call, I get a message “All circuits are busy now, please try your call again later.” This issue started today after I installed the extension routes module in order to restrict one of my outbound routes to a specific extension, 7806. This outbound route uses one of the trunks with the issue. I was able to temporarily restore outbound calls to 7806 by deleting the trunk, resetting the sub account password, and re adding the trunk. However, after 20 or so minutes the issue came back. All of my sub accounts show as registered on my voip.ms homepage and both of the affected DIDs can receive calls without issue. I have no idea if this is an issue on my end or voip.ms’s end. I spoke with their support two separate times and one rep told me that they had no record of an outbound call made by the affected DIDs (after they had me make a test call) and another rep told me that the call showed as successfully answered on their end (even though I got the busy message). I would really like to resolve this issue just for the peace of mind. Thank you.
