Ongoing disruption to fpbx services March 2023

On or about March 1, 2023 there was a hardware failure of a VM host, bringing down VMs, which in turn caused disruptions to a number of services that the FreePBX project relies on. At the time the FreePBX wiki, git repo and pastebin services were down, and other services like FreePBX jira and mirror servers were degraded.
