Could someone please explain what’s going on? Why are these resources down multiple times per day every day?

Looks like most of these are still/again down. Can we have ETA(s) for partial/full recovery of the various systems? Thank you!
Hopefully infrastructure redundancy is a consideration of service recovery, to avoid/prevent future lengthy outages…
