No CDR Reports

I can’t see any cdr record from a specific date but has recordings in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/.

What’s the Advanced Setting parameter “Enable CDR Logging” set to? There was a bug many months back that disabled that setting on some systems.

I use 15.0.17.34 version, I cant find the Enable CDR logging in Advance Setting.

In Advance Setting you also need to make sure that the following settings are turned on as well.
