No audio on calls after ISP flapping


We have a FreePBX install that has been working fine for over a year. It is a public address and is not behind a firewall. Yesterday our ISP had issues with flapping and our service was down for about 5 min. after the ISP came back up I no longer have audio on Calls going through my PBX system. Has anyone ever had this issue that can maybe point me in the right direction?
