I am trying to figure out the correct way to setup a lunch break time condition and time group.
I’m running FreePBX 17.0.28 on Debian 12.
I have an IVR with menu options and an IVR for the closing hours of my business.
I also have an announcement for lunch time, detailing my lunch time hours.
My lunch break hour is from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Sunday. Business hours being from: Monday to Sunday, 10 AM to 6 PM, all times central standard time.

I’ve setup an initial time condition and time group for business hours, just having trouble with setting up the secondary time group and time condition.
Business hours TG has a start time of 10 AM and an end time of 6 PM. Business hours TC is set to if destination matches, IVR → opened hours IVR.
If destination does not match, IVR → Closed hours IVR.
Looking at the initial lunch time TG and lunch hours TC, it’s setup about the same way as my business hours time group/time condition.
Start time is: 12:30 PM
End time: 1:30 PM
If destination matches: IVR → Lunch time hours IVR
If destination does not match, business hours TC.
Inbound route is set to lunch time hours TC.
