Need help with a CDR Report

I need some help under standing what “Background” in the App means.

The situation is that one of my location ad an alarm go off and the alarm company called the location with no answer. they stated that they were on the line for 54 seconds.My records don’t show that.

when I asked them to place a test call back they had no issue talking with anyone.

Background is the dialplan application that plays the recording for your ivr-1, it doesn’t tell you anything useful here. The call terminated at 4 seconds, but you don’t know why. It may have been the far end hanging up, or could have been an abnormal call drop. If you pull a full call trace there may (or may not) be more detail:
