Need help setting up a gamma trunk

Firstly i’ll apologise in advance as i’m not entirely familiar with what i’m trying to do here.
I’ve never used Gamma service before so I’m hoping someone can help me with the outgoing and incoming settings. pictures would be great below is all the information i’ve been provided.

Struggling with setup of Gamma SIP Trunks on FreePBX

IMO the inbound problem is simply that Gamma is sending calls to port 5060 on your PBX (where pjsip is listening), rather than the chan_sip port (probably 5160, check at Asterisk SIP Settings -> Chan SIP Settings -> Bind Port). Possible fixes: Get Gamma to send your calls to port 5160 (or whatever your chan_sip is using). If needed, allow it in your firewall. Change your Gamma trunk to use pjsip instead of chan_sip. Keep your existing chan_sip trunk for outgoing and create a new pjsip trunk …

Thanks for the reply. I’ve followed that but im still getting no trunks online.
these are the outgoing settings im using.
type=friend
insecure=port,invite
host=xx.xxx.xx.143
dissallow=all
context=from-trunk
allow=ulaw

I’ve also changed the sip_ch to 5060 and opened ports 6000 - 40000 as requested

In the links they also talk about the external IP, Firewall and RTP ports. Can you confirm that your not running into one of these situations?
