MWI Indicator On Sangoma P325 Dissapears

We are trying some new Sangoma P325 phones on a new FreePBX 17 server. One thing I’m noticiations is that when I have a voice mail I haven’t listened to, the MWI shows for maybe 1-2 minutes, then just goes away. If I reboot the phone, it comes back for about the same period of time then goes away again.

Is this a bug? Is this on purpose? Can this be fixed or changed? Someone had posted about this exact same issue a year ago and no one ever replied.

We are unable to reproduce this in-house. Please open a support ticket at https://support.sangoma.com and share the PTSR log in that ticket to debug further.

Since I posted this issue, it since has cleared itself up and is working as intended. No idea what changed to correct it.
