MWI Indicator On Sangoma P325 Dissapears

We are trying some new Sangoma P325 phones on a new FreePBX 17 server. One thing I’m noticiations is that when I have a voice mail I haven’t listened to, the MWI shows for maybe 1-2 minutes, then just goes away. If I reboot the phone, it comes back for about the same period of time then goes away again.

Is this a bug? Is this on purpose? Can this be fixed or changed? Someone had posted about this exact same issue a year ago and no one ever replied.

Hi, until yesterday, the brand new phones that I am configuring with EPM (two sangoma P325’s), the MWI worked, and then on the phone displays there is a little icon that tells you how many VM’s you have and how many missed calls you have, like a general information before opening any app. Last night all these tree things vanished, the phone doesn’t display that information anymore, I restarted the freepbx VM and reapplied the VM settings and the indicators reappeared but some minutes after they…

Since I posted this issue, it since has cleared itself up and is working as intended. No idea what changed to correct it.
