Hello everyone. Several remote clients from the same ip are constantly losing connection with Freepbx. Do all of them have port 5060 configured, or do I need to register a separate port for each device?

You don’t need to change port 5060 (UDP). You have to find the main reason why remote location Phone keep losing registrations?
You have to check FW settings ( FreePBX and Router FW )
SIP ALG if you have it at your Router side Disable it.
Fail2Ban and FreePBX FW side add your Remote side Public IP.

yes could be Client Router (FW) side.. You have to check there side Sip ALG must be Disabled.
