Hey there! I have a BUNCH of Mitel 5320e phones I have to configure. Im trying to get each phone to lket me use MULTIPLE users per phone, but thats not really an option cause it only wants to default to one user althoguh in the web interface I put both in. Any help would be appreaciated, dialing the 2nd extension on the phone does NOTHING.
Mitel 5320e is pretty locked down compared to proper SIP phones and multi-line SIP registration support on those is hit or miss depending on firmware version. Worth checking if the phone actually supports concurrent SIP accounts at all rather than just line appearances. FreePBX endpoint manager also tends to only push one primary account config, so you might need to configure the second extension directly through the phone web UI and see if it sticks independently.
