Microsip works with DID but no Freepbx

I have a DID and voip ( or sip ) account which directly well with Microsip. But in the freepbx it wont work. I have configured the Trunk account and spent morethan two days on it. But no good result. Can you anybody help.

Post a screenshot of your MicroSIP settings. Mask username, password, etc., but show all settings not specific to your account.

Thank you Stewart for replying. Actually if i set up DID account with Microsip all is okay. But receiving call on freepbx is the issue

In Asterisk SIP settings, confirm that External Address and Local Networks are correctly set. If you change these, after Submit and Apply Config you must restart Asterisk.

If that’s not your issue, on an attempted incoming call, what if anything appears in the Asterisk log? If nothing, run sngrep and report what if anything appears there.

What does the caller hear? What gets logged at the provider?

Actually there was some issue, which i cant pin point. Yet i fixed the issue by trying different settings. it works now. Thank you all.
