Mark Answered Elsewhere set to "No" but "call completed elsewhere" is still sent

I have a ring group with two extensions, 103 and 110. Mark Answered Elsewhere is set to “No” as I explicitly desire all calls to show up in the call history of all extensions in the ring group, regardless if they were answered or not by another extension.

Looks like Mark Answered Elsewhere isn’t toggling correctly. Any solution to patch this behavior?

to check - you ran a fwconsole reload and/or an “Apply Config” after making this change?

Yes. MariaDB ring group table shows the key set to ‘no’ for the ‘elsewhere’ column on the ring group in question.
