Hello everyone here, I am looking for HQ providers for my business to make about 2000-3000 calls a day, can you tell me which HQ current providers there are now? Maybe you may also have contacts of sip trunk suppliers? Thank you in advance for your help.
You have left out some very important details. Mainly where are you in the world? Where you are located is going to determine what providers are going to be available to you, regardless of their quality.
The 2000-3000 calls per day is a red flag. It indicates automated/predictive dialling is going to happen and providers care about that kind of traffic or any high volume traffic especially if it’s going to result in a lot of short calls.
So you need to provide some relevant details in order to get proper recommendations.
Hey, we and our clients are located in the USA. We have tried telnyx, twilio, but they provide poor quality, so we are looking for a replacement.
Poor quality? How were Telnyx and Twilio poor quality? I’ve used both and neither have been poor quality. I know numerous people that use both and find them to be just great. You really just knocked out two choices that would have come highly recommended so we need to know why since any others would be on par with these two.
Maybe I’m wrong, but it was often the connection dropped from time to time. Do you have any experience in this and can you help us with it? And maybe you can help us setup
