We currently use VI for our inbound services and have been very happy with them—great quality and support. However, their cost to enable CNAM per DID is too high for our needs.
We’ve been using BulkCNAM as an alternative and have generally liked their service. Unfortunately, they recently reached out and flagged us for caching CNAM lookups, which they do not permit.
We’re now looking for a CNAM provider that offers a good balance of cost and quality. Any recommendations?
