Hi, I’m trying to log into a queue using *45 on FreePX 17 and nothing happens. With *45 + queue number, the dynamic agent logs in, but then it’s impossible to log out. What am I doing wrong?

Looks like the behavior you’re describing is actually expected with how queue login works there. Using *45 with a queue number logs you in as a dynamic agent, but logging out isn’t handled the same way unless the feature codes and agent types are set up correctly. Without proper config, it just feels like there’s no way back out
Thanks, I’ve fixed it now, I enter and exit with *45 + queue.
Is the person in any other static queue? I know we have some staff that are in multiple queues, and I have to make sure they are dynamic in all the other queues. If you add someone as static, then it will never log of them out of that queue, hence the *45 will always keep you logged in.
Otherwise, if they are dynamic in all the other queues, *45 should toggle them in and out of all the queues.
