Let's encrypt not renewing

Having issue with letsencrypt need help.

Are you sure port 80 is opened ?

it’s open on the hosting side that’s for sure.

on the PBX i have it set properly,

i had the same setup when i created the certificate and it had no issues just the renewal is not working.

Is the firewall module up to date?

Just in case, can you try to disable the firewall and try to run the renewal again?
I think I saw this on previous firewall versions but shouldn’t be happening in the last one.

If disabling the firewall works, can you please open a case with support at help.sangoma.com and share the case number with me so I can work with devs on that?
