Keine Registrierung bei Sipgate möglich

Hallo.

Habe sämtliche Beiträge mein Problem betreffend durchforstet und komme seit Wochen nicht weiter:

Raspbx mit Raspberry 3 b+
FreePBX läuft (keine Meldungen im Dashboard) FreePBX 14.0.3.19 'VoIP Server’

Habe FreePBX nach Anleitung von Sipgate konfiguriert (Sipgate Basic)

Wegen meines Speedports, wird Port 5060 nicht durchgeleitet. Daher habe versucht auf Port 5061 umzustellen.
Nutze Chan_PJSIP
Nebenstellen (Softphones) können intern telefonieren, aber halt nicht raus, weil Registrierung nicht klappt.

Router leitet folgende Ports durch
5061 UDP
5161 UDP
5104 UDP

Schon bei der Einrichtung der Hauptleitung (Trunk) bekomme ich die Registrierung bei Sipgate nicht hin.
Erhalte im Log folgende Fehlermeldung:

[2018-10-20 18:06:23] ERROR[2056] res_pjsip.c: Unable to apply outbound proxy on request OPTIONS to endpoint sipgate as outbound proxy URI 'sipconnect.sipgate.de' is not valid
[2018-10-20 18:06:23] ERROR[2056] res_pjsip/pjsip_options.c: Unable to create request to qualify contact sip:<Account>@sipconnect.sipgate.de:5061 on AOR sipgate

Hat mir jemand einen Hinweis?

Don’t speak German but make sure your outbound_proxy is like this:

sipconnect.sipgate.de\;lr

I already read lots of articles about my problem and can`t find any solution:

I`ve got a Raspbx with Raspberry 3 b+

I configurated by a manual from Sipgate (Sipgate Basic)

Because of my Telekom-Speedport-Router, Port 5060 cant be forwarded. Thats why I tried to change to port 5061.
I´m using Chan_PJSIP
Extensions (Softphones) are able to connect each other internal, but no route out, because registration fails.

Portforwarding of my router is:

5061 UDP
5161 UDP
5104 UDP

Even at configurating the sipgate trunk, registration at sipgate fails.

My log says:

Any ideas?

Changing my Outbound_proxy to
sipconnect.sipgate.de\;lr
doesn’t change anything…except the error in the log:

ERROR[1283] res_pjsip.c: Unable to apply outbound proxy on request OPTIONS to endpoint sipgate as outbound proxy URI 'sipconnect.sipgate.de;lr' is not valid

Try for Outbound_proxy:
sip:sipconnect.sipgate.de
or
sip:sipconnect.sipgate.de\;lr

“sip:sipconnect.sipgate.de” produce following error:

“sip:sipconnect.sipgate.de;lr” produce another error/warning - but still no registration at sipgate:

[2018-10-21 17:11:31] WARNING[1855] res_pjsip_outbound_registration.c: Fatal response '401' received from 'sip:sipconnect.sipgate.de:5061' on registration attempt to 'sip:<ACCOUNT>@sipconnect.sipgate.de:5061', stopping outbound registration

Is your sipgate account listening on port 5061?

Ich bin jetzt mit Speedport Routern nicht vertraut, aber möglicherweise brauchst du keine Port Weiterleitung wenn du Registrierung benutzt.
Die Registrierungspakete die du in regelmäßigen Intervallen sendest halten den SIP Port lange genug offen damit du auch Pakete erhalten kannst, vorausgesetzt diese kommen von der IP Adresse an die dein Registrierungspaket ging.

Hast du es schon mit Port 5060 probiert?

Gibt’s denn zu den Speedport Routern Alternativen, also sprich erlaubt dir die Telekom deinen eigenen Router zu benutzen?

As @avayax said, if you don’t use IP authentication, then you might not need 5060 forwarded.

Du versuchst dich am Sipgate Server an Port 5061 zu registrieren.
Hast du mit sipgate abgeklärt ob das überhaupt möglich ist oder ob sie nur Port 5060 erlauben?

The page at https://teamhelp.sipgate.de/hc/de/articles/115005610245-FreePBX-10-13-66 shows connection to port 5060. Also:

shows port 5060.

That is the problem. I should use port 5060, but my speedport-router uses port 5060 itself for VoIP registration and doesn’t forward.

It was silly to try on port 5061 (I read somewhere, that it would be possible to connect to sipgate via port 5061 - but that’s bullsh… - I know now…)

Now, I configurated my freepbx back to listen to port 5060.
These are my logs, when I activate the PJSIP-Trunk:

[2018-10-23 19:53:07] WARNING[994] res_pjsip_outbound_registration.c: Fatal response ‘401’ received from ‘sip:sipconnect.sipgate.de:5060’ on registration attempt to ‘sip:@sipconnect.sipgate.de:5060’, stopping outbound registration
