Are there any mistakes in this SIP-settings?
In Chan PJSIP Settings, try changing Port to Listen On to e.g. 5260. After saving and applying settings, do an fwconsole restart (or reboot the server) and test. If you still have trouble, post a SIP trace showing the failing REGISTER and any response.
Please provide your chan_sip settings and other details that you believe may be relevant.
