I have FreePBX hosted on a Contabo VPS server with a VPN setup. All my IP phones, including those in remote branches, are working properly as intercoms. However, we are currently unable to connect our SIP line to the FreePBX server.
We are stuck at the point where the system prompts for SIP username and password credentials. Unfortunately, we have not been provided with this information by your team, which is preventing us from proceeding with the configuration.
Could you kindly assist or guide us in configuring the SIP trunk correctly? I have attached the relevant setup details for your review.

The information you are asking for looks like it should be coming from your SIP service provider, but you haven’t told us who that is. The information should be on their web site, or at least in their welcome pack.
