IVR not giving hang up command

Hi.
I’m brand new to this and only this weekend actually got the system up and running.

So the system is:
FreePBX 13.0.11
Asterisk 13.5.0
Dahdi 2.10.2
Sangoma A200 pstn card 2x fxo 2x fxs

I have 6 extensions.
I’ve set up and IVR to route incoming calls.
When the calls coming in through the A200

When the calls go to the IVR I have the following issues.

  • If incoming call hangs up with no selection - No hang up command
  • If incoming call makes selection and hangs up whilst extension is ringing - no hang up command
  • If incoming call makes selection and hangs up when at answerphone, whether leaving a message or not, No hang up command.

If I bypass the IVR it works perfectly.

Currently I have to manually reset the Dahdi every time a call comes through. However, I cannot be sat at my desk all the time and if I’ve not noticed it, I have a problem!

I now have this fixed.

The callprogress=yes command had been removed! I’ve popped it back in and all is well again!
