Is there a default limitation for the number of users in User Manager?

I have 12 users but only can see 10 in User Manager.

FPBX17 with System Admin and EPM license.

As i know there is not limitation.

Hi @sippy

If you go to the respective extension in the extension module of the users you do not see are you certain that they have been linked to a user in user management, or perhaps another user directory?

When I click the drop-down for rows per page, and select 25 the list goes blank.

Found the solution, but don’t know why it occurs. When I click the rows per page button or the page 2 button (on the right) the list disappears. My login name is populated in the search field (how that happens ??). When I clear the name from Search the list reappears!

I suspect this is a browser cache issue.
