Is it possible to have Pots line in Asterix that dont show in FreePBX?

First kindly excuse the ignorance, I have adopted a FreePBX15 system and have never worked with it prior to this.
I have two phone lines coming off a 66 block going into what I believe to be an 8 port FXOP card on my PBX server. I have scoured the FreePBX GUI looking for information on the lines but cannot find anything. Calling the numbers associated with the lines, the numbers do ring to the phones in my primary ring group, but again I can find no mention of them in FreePBX.
So my question is it possible that these two phone lines were somehow put in Asterix and not the FreePBX? If that is possible, how would I look in Asterix for them?

Make a call into it and then look at the call details records report.
It might give some clues what part of the system is getting hit with the inbound call.
Where I would start anyhow.
What do you have in in connectivity/DAHDI?
Also open up the Asterisk console from the command prompt set verbosity up to like 7.
And watch what happens on the command console when you call in to it.
You’re going to have to spend a little time getting familiar with what I am asking you to do if you are already not familiar.
Head for some basic asterisk and FreePBX videos.
What you are asking about is more likely not the case than likely.

In /etc/chan_dahdi.conf and the files it includes. If done properly, the code will be in a file with custom in its name.

FreePBX is not a general purpose GUI configuration tool for Asterisk, so it is certainly possible to have Asterisk configuration which has no presence in the GUI, except possibly in general file viewers.
