It is a SIP client, so, yes.
I’m using Linphone (on Android) which is connected via TLS.
Baresip has connection issues no matter what connection type is used (UDP/TCP/TLS).
When using VCM, the connection could be established but codec issues when receiving calls so I think Linphone is the better choice.
