Hello: we successfuly install FreePBX on Ubuntu server 12.04 LTS 64bits running on Windows 2008 R2 Hyper-V VM… All services are working, but I think we miss someting: when we try to open FreePBX page (http://myipaddress) we get me a “It works!” page… http://myipaddress/freepbx/admin get me a “Forbiden” page… We use wiki “Installing FreePBX on Ubuntu 12.04 Server (Precise Pangolin)” instructions. I guess you did miss something because it work for everyone else, sorry I can’t tell you what you missed though 
chown -R asterisk:asterisk /var/www/html
