Inconsistency when accessing the web interface

I’m having a problem connecting to the FreePBX web interface. I have already done several validations regarding the firewall but had no success. Sometimes I can access it but lose access shortly after. This inconsistency occurs on all computers on my network, and I am only trying internally. I have checked firewall settings (both external and Windows/Linux). I can ping the VM and the VM can ping me back. I have no more ideas of what to do.
Just tried acess by http and https. Thw weird thing is that i can access eventualy, but only for a few minutes.

probably you are being banned by Fail2ban.
Try adding your ip to the whitelist inside Fail2ban, maybe you have a sip client trying to register with a wrong password.

already added my ip to whitelist
eventually i can access the web interface, but only for a few minutes. Other computers on my network have the same issue

Have some news. I tried to access from my house yesterday, from VPN, and I can access the web interface normally. Also my microsip have worked well.
At company, my friend have normal access, and some machines doesnt access, i already tried to change my ip, but with no success

im stupid, it was the subnet config
