Inbound call recordings no longer showing in UCP

I updated my FreePBX server roughly once a month and I’ve just noticed since updating all modules on the 22nd of January I can not longer see inbound call recordings in the call history widget of UCP. It shows an entry but no recording.

The call is 100% being recorded and I can listen to it if I drill down in the main CDR report of FreePBX admin GUI.

Anyone experiencing this kind of issue?

Did you check in User Management if the user somehow lost permissions to playback or download the recordings?

I’m starting to think this had something to do with me testing Asternic CDR Reports around the same time because I can’t replicate the problem on a test server.
