I was previously using extension 105, then I deleted it and created 199 instead, but it didn’t work. After that, I tried to recreate the previous 105 extension, but it gave me an error. Even though the extension does not exist and I checked everything, but couldn’t find it, what should I do now?
Have you applied config before trying to recreate?

I suspect your phone didn’t update and register to the new extension number - are you using EPM? might need to push that to the phone - just verify the phone is registering to the new extension
The problem extension is solved, but again it is not registering now, I don’t where is the issue?
Was the previous CHAN Sip and the new extension PJSip ?
When you say “it didnt work” - we need more info, Thats like saying “its broke” - is it not registering ? is it registering but no sound ? will it register but not call ?
