I’m using the following command but I’m unable to get the outbound CallerID to work
Action=Originate&Channel=PJSIP/999&Exten=904888888&Timeout=30000&Async=yes&Callerid=9041234567
I verified that both the outbound route and trunk allow other CIDs and it does work as many extensions have outbound CIDs that are set and work.
Anyone have any ideas?
I started having a similar trouble but haven’t investigated yet. In my case the 9041234567 fails to display on extension 999 – it shows the server’s IP address instead. When answered, the normal caller ID for extension 999 does get sent on the call to 9048888888 (correct for my situation).
