How to Terminate the Call without playing Voicemail if no one answers?

I have an Axis 8105-E Network Door station that will call multiple extensions when the door bell/intercom button is pressed. My issue is that if no one answers the call then, the doorbell will go to the voicemail of one of the extensions. Chris (crosstalk solutions) explains how to play an audio recording if no one answers the door giving them directions on what to do next and at the end of the message to “terminate the call” at 14:30 here: https://youtu.be/6r9ugELqIVw?si=Ko8hpcSYuWJIh0Mt

Instead playing a message if no one answers and then “Terminating the Call after Playback”, how do I just Terminate the call if no one answers the door? I just want it to act like a traditional doorbell/ intercom. At the same time if someone calls that extension from anywhere other than the 8105-E, I do want those calls to go to the extension’s voicemail.

Just create a separate Ring Group for the doorphone (with the same list of extensions, if desired) and set Destination if no answer to Terminate Call → Hangup.

I created a ring group with all of the extensions but it still went to voicemail. Then I realized that I had it set to ring for 30sec and the the VM was picking up in 20sec. I changed it to ring for 29 sec and the VM to pick up after 30sec and now it works!
Thanks Stewart1. Much appreciated

Alternatively, you could use a Queue. That’s what I use for our door intercoms. It gives me the ability very easily progress to a different extension or set of extensions if necessary, also.
