Hi,
One question:
How to configure queue to skip it when no agents are available? This means all agents are unavailable or “dnd” but not busy?
Thanks,
Krzysztof

Not tried it myself, but the empty options seem to achieve this, presumably sending callers to the failover destination.
Join Empty - No
Leave Empty - Yes
Hi,
Unfortunately it doesn’t work for me however sounds to be good setting.

Simply, DND mean Busy…
blob*CLI> queue show 11101
11101 has 0 calls (max unlimited) in ‘fewestcalls’ strategy (0s holdtime, 0s talktime), W:0, C:0, A:2, SL:0.0%, SL2:100.0% within 60s
Members:
blabla (Local/1101@from-queue/n from hint:1101@ext-local) (ringinuse enabled) (Busy) has taken no calls yet (login was 453 secs ago)
No Callers
May someone know how to check using variables that ext is in DND mode? Maybe it’s good way to create dynamic route using variable?
