Hi all: I need to request a zend reset because 2 different motherboards have already failed so I have already used my 2 available resets. The wiki says to contact the support team at https://support.sangoma.com but I don’t see any specific link on that site for zend reset requests. If I log into support, I don’t see any way to request a zend reset either. Is it mandatory to buy support credits in order to get a zend reset or is there something that I’m missing? The wiki doesn’t provide any more info than “contact support”. Does anyone know how to specifically request a zend reset after the 2 resets have been used?
Open a ticket of type billing and customer service, no credit req’d.
