How to find where Bad Destination is being Set

I have an error on my dashboard akin the the following:

DEST STATUS: CUSTOM
Misc Application: Test 1
Misc Application: Test 2
Misc Application: Test 3
Misc Application: Test 4

But, I have deleted those Misc Destination. I’m gathering that somewhere in FreePBX those are set as the “destination” objects for some route, but I have zero idea where. (I didn’t make the change, it was some “test/misc” routes that I deleted).
