Hold Time only for 42secs

noob question but how do we increase the hold time? or make it indefinite? one of our clients can’t keep anyone on hold for more than 42secs. After 42secs, the phone will ring 3x and if not picked up, it will drop the call.

Hold times are typically something that’s managed by the phone. Park is managed by the system. You’ll have to check with how to change that on the particular phone that you are using.

for context tho, this was previously working on a 3cx server. then we’ve moved to pbx and I’ve uploaded the phone config through epm.
